2005 Photos - Wall and Foundation Repair

We have a goal to completely replace our aging and sagging roof in the near future. However, to do so we first have to ensure it has something solid to sit on. An inspection uncovered some nasty rot in both our foundation and in our walls (mainly our front wall).

Thanks to all the members who have helped out with the project. Special thanks go to Curt Larsen and Ian Macdonald for planning, organizing, and generally making things happen.

The photos show the many areas of rot, plus the repair work.
